Chef Toshikazu Kato from Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva Returns to Amman with His Inventive Japanese Menu

Four Seasons Hotel Amman announces that Toshikazu Kato, Executive Chef at Izumi, Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, is coming back to Four Seasons Hotel Amman from Tuesday, April 8 until Friday April 18, 2025.

Chef Kato will showcase his exquisite Japanese flavours at SIRR through inspiration and his own unique techniques, while preparing his creations in front of guests, interacting, and offering a genuine Four Seasons personalized experience.

Guests can look forward to enjoying Chef Kato’s signature dishes using the freshest ingredients in the market. The menu includes sushi rolls such as lobster, spicy salmon and soft-shell crab; popular nigiris such as sea bass yuzu, shiso and crispy rice tuna tartare; as well as his signature Hoba yaki Australian Wagyu striploin and black cod tapas.

To enhance the dining experience, Beverage Manager Ibrahim Baker has curated a selection of exclusive cocktails to complement the dishes such as the Lychee Sake Martini, the Kyoto Golden Fashion or the unique Shiso Mule.
