Four Seasons Hotel Amman announces that SIRR has been elevated to a Japanese lounge where Chef de Cuisine Patrick Caballero presents his exquisite culinary experience to the heart of the Hotel’s dining collection.
Step into SIRR Japanese Lounge and discover a world of refined dining from masterfully crafted sushi to signature dishes in an elegant atmosphere where every detail celebrates the art of Japan.
Guests can look forward to indulging Chef Patrick’s signature dishes using the freshest ingredients in the market. The menu includes popular nigiri, sashimi and maki rolls; the signature black cod tapas; and the Hobayaki Australian Wagyu Striploin among many other Japanese Nikkei dishes that will tantalize tastebuds.
Guests are also invited to an exquisite omakase experience that embodies the essence of Japanese hospitality. The phrase “I leave it up to you” – omakase - reflects the trust placed in the chef’s skill and creativity.
Complement the dining experience with the expertly crafted pairing menu, designed by beverage manager Ibrahim Baker, where guests can explore a selection that goes beyond traditional boundaries, including a curated mix of sake, wine and cocktails.
Chef Patrick, born and raised in Makati City, Philippines, is a dedicated Japanese specialty chef with many years of experience in esteemed establishments such as NOBU in Jeddah and luxury resorts in the Maldives and UAE, where he developed his solid expertise in Japanese cuisine and ingredients innovations.
