A Modern Mexican Thanksgiving with Chef Johnny Curiel

In a dynamic culinary residency, Four Seasons Resort Anguilla will welcome acclaimed Mexican chef Johnny Curiel from one Michelin star Alma Fonda Fina and one Michelin star Mezcaleria Alma for a Thanksgiving weekend residency. From November 26 to 29, 2025, Chef Johnny will join forces with the Resort’s own Executive Chef Manu Calderon, who is also proudly from Mexico. Together, the two will craft an elevated Thanksgiving dining experience in restaurant Lima-Limon, rooted in authentic flavours, modern technique, and a shared passion for storytelling through food. Expect bold, ingredient-driven dishes that honour the flavours, stories, and traditions of their shared homeland.

Thanksgiving by the Sea at SALT

For those seeking a classic Thanksgiving feast with a Caribbean twist, the newly renovated Salt will offer a Thanksgiving dinner buffet crafted by Executive Chef Manu Calderon and team. Guests can enjoy an elegant buffet overlooking the beautiful blufftop views in the newly redesigned space.
