Indulge in la Dolce Vita: Zafferano Restaurant Introduces Saturday Lunches at Four Seasons Hotel Baku
Elevate Saturday afternoon gatherings with the launch of Dolce Vita lunches at Zafferano, nestled within the elegant ambiance of Four Seasons Hotel Baku. Embrace the joy and the simple pleasures on this culinary journey through the flavours of Italy, accompanied by live upbeat performances of a singer.
"At Zafferano Restaurant, we believe in curating memorable dining experiences that encourage guests to immerse in la dolce vita lifestyle and savour the small sweet moments of life with us," says Food and Beverage Director Ahmet Bakar.
Beginning February 10, 2024, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the essence of Italian cuisine every Saturday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm. Priced at AZN 65 per person for the plated unlimited lunch offerings, guests can also opt for the house alcoholic beverage package at AZN 40 per person, curated to complement the delectable dishes from Sous Chef Suraj Karmakar.
The menu aims to deliver a satisfying midday meal with a diverse range of flavours and includes the following dishes:
Brunch essentials: choice of eggs on avocado multigrain toast
- Omelet
- Fried eggs
- Poached eggs
- Eggs Benedict
Starters
- Burrata with garden tomatoes, aged balsamic vinegar, and focaccia crisps
- Chicken skewers served with mixed herb greens
- Panzanella salad with cucumber, tomato, olives, onion, and lemon dressing
Main Course
- Risotto ai frutti di mare featuring seafood, tomato, and lemon zest
- Pizza topped with smoked salmon, lime, dill, cream cheese, and rocket leaves
- Saturday roast accompanied by grilled vegetables
Dessert
- Matcha green tea tiramisu
- Salted caramel cheesecake
- Selection of fruits with homemade gelato
