Make merry this Christmas with a holiday brunch overlooking the harbor at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore all morning and afternoon long. The Hotel’s talented culinary team has crafted a decadent Christmas Day waterfront buffet for guests and local residents alike to enjoy from the Hotel’s Cobalt Ballroom on Monday, December 25, 2023.
The festive buffet crafted by Executive Chef Tristan Baker will feature gourmet holiday favourites including carving stations highlighting slow roasted prime rib, rack of lamb, and pickled-roasted halibut. Plus, a seafood raw bar with freshly shucked oysters, chilled crab claws, shrimp, and clams, plus scallop ceviche. Side dishes include winter truffle scalloped potatoes, brown sugar sweet potato mash, Christmas stuffing, and a decadent cheese and charcuterie spread. A selection of assorted salads and soups are also a great starter before enjoying breakfast action stations, such as a build-your-own omelet bar.
End the meal on a sweet note with a lineup of decadent house-made desserts such as Mont Blanc tarts, sweet potato panna cotta, mini Yule logs, layered coconut snow entremet cakes topped with coconut mousse, and gingerbread cookies.
In addition to live entertainment, those guests in attendance with children can enjoy an arts and crafts section as well as a photo opportunity with Ole Saint Nick himself.
Seatings for Christmas Day Brunch are available between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm.
