Baltimore, U.S.A.

This summer, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore will transform into Camp B’More, a summer camp for children ages 7-12 who have been touched by cancer. Held at no financial cost to the campers’ families, Camp B’More will take place from June 23-28, 2024. The mission of Camp B’More is to bring back the joys of childhood to a population of children who have endured the many hardships that cancer brings. Luxurious Four Seasons private residences and event spaces will become a picture-perfect glamping site designed to deliver indelible memories and more.

This year’s Camp B'More theme, “Around the World,” is inspired by travel destinations near and far. Campers will reside infully adorned Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore “cabins” and enjoy themed days such as: Island Day, Safari Day, and European Adventure Day. Among the planned activities are: a pool party, talent shows, campfires, a pizza-making class, a cruise aboard the Hotel’s private catamaran, and a Hollywood-theme prom to close out the extraordinary week. The group will also take exciting excursions to attractions throughout the city: a Baltimore Orioles baseball game, the National Aquarium, and Harbor East Cinemas.

Camp B’More is held in collaboration with Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and University of Maryland Pediatric Oncology, both located within minutes of the Hotel. Camp staff will be thoroughly background checked and trained. On-site physicians, counsellors and nurses will be available 24/7 to administer medications, change dressings, and to respond to campers’ health needs.

In April 2024, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore hosted a Wellness Day fundraiser for Camp B’More, which included a range of fitness classes, food, self-care offerings, gift bags, and more. “Wellness Day was a tremendous success, and now we are looking forward to Camp B’More being a fantastic experience too. We are motivated and excited to deliver endless fun to these incredible children,” affirms Bahram Sepahi, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.

Camp B’More follows in the footsteps of Camp H-Town at Four Seasons Hotel Houston, now in its 6th year. “These camps underscore our company’s commitment to raising awareness and support for cancer research,” states Sepahi. Special thanks to this year’s Camp B’More sponsors: CFG Bank, Stamper Electric, the Children’s Oncology Camping Association (COCA), Care Camps, and the Kay’s Foundation. In the words of the Kay Foundation “until there’s a cure ... there’s a camp.”
