With the arrival of fall foliage, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has pulled out all the stops to help create a memorable start to the holiday season. This Thanksgiving, the culinary team has crafted two autumn inspired gourmet menus that can be enjoyed at home or in the Hotel with loved ones.
Brunch in the Ballroom
Sit back, relax, and indulge in a bountiful spread featuring all the quintessential fall fixings, including carving stations highlighting cider brined turkey, maple glazed ham, and roasted rockfish; a selection of assorted artisan cheeses and charcuterie, salads, and soups. Plus, a seafood raw bar with fresh shucked Chesapeake oysters, crab claws, and chilled shrimp cocktail.
End the Thanksgiving meal on a sweet note with a lineup of decadent house-made desserts, such as pumpkin, cherry crumble, and pecan tartlets, a hazelnut royale with hazelnut dacquoise topped with chocolate espresso mousse, and pumpkin spiced cookies.
This scrumptious menu is priced from USD 195 per adult, USD 90 children under 12 years of age, and complimentary for children 5 years of age and younger. Take the stress out of celebrating at home and have this year’s holiday feast specially prepared by the talented culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore.
Featuring all the traditional trimmings, the menu includes a whole cider brined turkey with herb gravy, creamy Yukon potatoes, a candied sweet potato casserole with pecans, huckleberry glazed heirloom carrots, rosemary and mushroom dressing, assorted breads, and biscuits, and cranberry sauce. Finish on a sweet note with a selection of pumpkin and Dutch apple pies for dessert.
Each order serves 6-10 people and is available starting at USD 550, plus tax. Each feast can be enjoyed more than once. All orders are fully cooked and placed in heat-proof pans to serve hot or reheat. Instructions to reheat at home will be included.
Thanksgiving To-Go will be ready for pick-up on November 23, 2023 between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on the Hotel's front drive. Orders can be placed by calling 410 223 1366 and must be made 72 hours in advance. Pricing excludes gratuity.
