Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore Announces Multi-Phase Renovation Set to Begin in Late 2025

October 1, 2025,
Baltimore, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore will begin a multi-phase renovation starting in the last quarter of 2025, marking an exciting new chapter for the Harborfront property. During this time, the hotel will remain fully open and operational, continuing to welcome guests to its sophisticated urban retreat.

The renovation will be led by Parker-Torres Design Inc., a globally recognized interior design and architecture firm renowned for crafting sophisticated hospitality spaces. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, the firm will oversee a meticulous phased transformation of all guest rooms and suites, as well as the hotel’s ballrooms, meeting venues, and public areas.  The redesigned interiors will be inspired by the hues of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and will include a curated selection of artworks by local artists, adding a sense of place and cultural resonance and seamlessly blending regional heritage with timeless luxury. The renovation will begin with the reimagination of the meeting spaces and ballrooms, which are set to commence in late 2025 and are anticipated to be completed by Q1 2026.

“The design concept for the ballroom and meeting rooms at Four Seasons Baltimore is ‘Waterfront Luxury,’ drawing inspiration from the property’s location and beautiful Inner Harbor views. The colour palette was informed by the Harbor - rich saturated navy blues, warm camels, browns, and crisp ivory unify the interiors to the exterior. The Harbor shapes every element of the design, from the organic water-inspired carpet patterns to the commissioned large abstract art pieces.  The new custom chandelier designs also provide a nod to undulating water through their dripping crystal shapes. The reimagined spaces will envelope guest in a serene, elevated luxury on the water,” says Lead Interior Designer Jessica Puliti, Parker Torres Design.

“The transformation and renovation of the hotel is about celebrating its iconic Baltimore location while providing refreshed and elevated spaces, marking an extraordinary new chapter for Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore,” says Regional Vice President and General Manager Bahram Sepahi.
