Continuing its commitment to curating exceptional dining experiences, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru presents a new chapter in its ongoing series of global culinary pop-ups. From July 11 to 20, 2025, the hotel invites guests to embark on a Thai culinary journey at Far & East, its contemporary Asian dining destination known for bold flavours and sophisticated flair.

This month’s experience is a celebration of Thai heritage and flavour, created in collaboration with Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle. At the helm is Chef Sirintip Sianglert, Camp Chef at the Golden Triangle outpost, who brings with her over a decade of expertise honed across Thailand’s leading luxury kitchens.

The menu is an ode to traditional Thai cuisine, brought to life with modern finesse. Each dish is crafted using the freshest ingredients, showcasing the vibrancy and complexity of authentic Thai flavours. Going far beyond familiar staples, the selection offers a deeper exploration of the cuisine, one that reflects Chef Sirintip’s soulful approach to cooking, rooted in tradition, creativity, and a deep respect for the ingredients she works with.

With the stylish interiors of Far & East as the backdrop, paired with panoramic 21st floor views of the city, and the intuitive service signature to Four Seasons experience, this limited-time showcase offers an immersive taste of Thailand’s culinary soul.

The hotel’s evolving pop-up programme has become a canvas for chefs and concepts from across the globe. With Chef Sheong Wong leading the charge on its broader Pan-Asian vision, this Thai chapter adds yet another layer of authenticity and exploration to its ever-evolving repertoire.
