This month, the hotel plays host to the talent behind Grover Vineyards—winemakers Saritha and Abhijit, joined by their distinguished sommelier Manuela. Together, on December 19, 2025, they will present In Vino Veritas, an immersive evening laced with quirky vineyard anecdotes, insights into craft and terroir, and a curated tasting menu paired with thoughtful bites.
