Under the direction of celebrated Chinese Chef Wong Chin Sheong, the showcase resurrects techniques born in the guarded kitchens of the Ming Dynasty and refined through generations of Cantonese mastery. At its ceremonial core lies The Master's Carve, a tableside ritual wherein Chef Wong unveils the coveted "Lacquered Gold" finish, an amber-glazed skin of extraordinary translucence and delicate crispness achieved through centuries-old roasting methods.
