22/55: A Sensory Journey Through Argentina, Cocktail by Cocktail, at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires

January 7, 2026,
Buenos Aires, Argentina

Pony Line Bar, located at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, presents its new cocktail menu, 22/55, a concept that invites guests to explore Argentina through its flavours, aromas, and landscapes.

The name 22/55 refers to the parallels that define Argentina’s territory, a country that stretches from 22 to 55 degrees latitude, encompassing deserts, mountains, jungles, and seas. Inspired by this geographical and cultural diversity, the Pony Line team developed a conceptual menu that pays tribute to the country’s different regions, using native ingredients such as Andean herbs, Patagonian fruits, northern spices, wines, and spirits that reflect Argentina’s national identity.

Each cocktail is a sensory interpretation of an Argentine landscape: a liquid map that invites guests to travel without leaving their seat.

Among the standout creations are:

  • Raymi: Inspired by Andean rituals of celebration and harvest. Raymi evokes pre-Hispanic Andean festivities (Inti Raymi) linked to the sun, harvest, and gratitude to the land.
Alcohol base of agricole rum, purple corn, pineapple, and spices.
  • Comarca: A representation of Argentina’s south—complex and an excellent LOW ABV option. Fresh red fruit, acidity, and bubbles.
  • VID-A: Pony Line’s interpretation of a non-alcoholic table wine. Grape, verjus, and coconut. (Mocktail)

The menu also features non-alcoholic options (mocktails) and low ABV cocktails, crafted with the same level of detail, technique, and creativity. These alternatives confirm that the experience does not depend on alcohol content, but on the sensory journey proposed by each creation.

With 22/55, Pony Line reaffirms its position as one of Buenos Aires’ most innovative bars, blending mixology, territory, and liquid art into a unique proposal that celebrates Argentina’s richness.
