Guests are given the creative reins to build their own noodle bowl, selecting from a wide array of locally-sourced fresh ingredients that include noodle type, broth, sauce, vegetables, and protein.

From Korean brown vermicelli and udon to egg and rice stick noodles, the noodle options are wide and equally delicious. Not to mention, adding two types of Chinese vegetables: either shimeji, king oyster or shiitake mushrooms and leeks, green beans, cabbage, or onion. Finally, make the noodle bowl whole by choosing a favourite type of protein, from salmon, tuna and prawns to octopus, chicken, tofu or a soft boiled egg.

To complement the perfect bowl of noodles, guests are invited to start the culinary adventure with a delectable Chinese appetiser; either wither a fresh Chinese glass noodle salad, a summer Vietnamese roll or a vegetarian spring rolls served with Asian-inspired dips and sauces.
