Chef Ahmad Zoghbi brings over a decade of culinary experience and a deep-rooted passion for authentic Lebanese and Levantine cuisine to his role as Restaurant Chef at Aura, the contemporary Lebanese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence.

From a young age, Zoghbi was captivated by the art of cooking, inspired by the rich aromas and vibrant flavours of his hometown, Beirut. His early fascination with traditional Lebanese dishes evolved into a professional journey through some of the Middle East’s most prestigious kitchens, where he refined his craft and developed his signature style, modern interpretations of authentic Levantine flavours presented with elegance and precision.

Throughout his career, Chef Ahmad has mastered the balance between innovation and authenticity. “I believe that every dish tells a story,” he says. “My goal is to preserve the soul of Lebanese cuisine while introducing contemporary touches that surprise and delight our guests.”

At Aura, he leads a talented culinary team dedicated to offering an exceptional dining experience that celebrates Lebanese culture and hospitality. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every plate reflects a perfect harmony of flavour, texture, and presentation.
