Belal Al-Kadry’s journey in hospitality began at Sheraton Kuwait, where his passion for excellence first took shape. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has established himself as a visionary leader, one who has helped shape the success of some of the region’s most celebrated hotels and redefine the art of genuine luxury hospitality.
Driven by a clear aspiration to lead, Belal deepened his operational expertise in 2013 when he joined The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, as Executive Assistant in charge of the Rooms Division. Four years later, he proudly stepped into his first General Manager role, a pivotal milestone that marked the beginning of his distinguished leadership journey.
During his tenure with Marriott International, Belal also served for five years as Chairman of the Qatar Marriott Business Council, where he championed the Spirit to Serve philosophy through initiatives that combined community impact, sustainability, and operational excellence. Renowned for his people-first leadership and unwavering commitment to quality, he continues to inspire teams to deliver authenticity, empathy, and passion.

Born in Canada, Belal brings his depth of experience and warm leadership style to Cairo, where he now serves as General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence. Known for its enduring legacy of sophistication and its iconic location overlooking the Nile, the property has long been a symbol of timeless elegance and exceptional service, being the first Four Seasons Hotel to introduce the brand to the Middle East and Africa.
Belal is excited to lead a team that shares his admiration for the warmth and generosity of Egyptian hospitality. He looks forward to guiding the hotel into its next chapter — nurturing a culture where every detail, gesture, and interaction reflects the essence of Four Seasons: luxury rooted in genuine care.

Away from the world of hospitality, Belal is a devoted explorer of culture and travel. He cherishes meaningful experiences shared with his family, delights in discovering distinctive culinary traditions, and maintains a lifelong passion for football. The sea provides him with balance and reflection, a reminder of the harmony between energy and calm.
Family remains his true anchor. He shares life with his wife, Nadine, and their three children; Naya, who is studying at the University of Ottawa in Canada, and Ameen and Yana, both completing their secondary education; as well as their beloved pets: Milo, the family’s loyal dog, and two elegant Persian cats, Caser and Ash.
