Iman Raghib leads the Pastry division at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in luxury pastry and international experience.
Her career began in 2009 at La Mamounia Marrakech, where she joined as demi-chef de partie before being promoted to chef de partie. In 2013, she became part of the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech opening team, progressing from first chef de partie to pastry sous-chef, and ultimately pastry chef. Expanding her global exposure, Iman contributed in 2023 to the opening of two Bacha Coffee outlets in Kuala Lumpur as pastry chef, further strengthening her international credentials. She joined Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca in September 2024, where she now leads the pastry team with elegance, creativity, and passion.
Dedicated to constant growth, Iman has trained with world-renowned chefs and institutions such as École Ducasse, Bellouet Conseil, Christophe Michalak, and World Champion Etienne Leroy, with additional immersions at Royal Monceau Raffles Paris and Christophe Michalak’s Pastry.
Iman embodies precision, creativity, and positivity, and believes that pastry is an art form where each creation tells a story. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is passionate about travelling, discovering new cultures, and swimming, which provide her with balance and inspiration.
