Her career in luxury hospitality has taken her across London, Dubai, New York, and Egypt, allowing her to gain valuable insight into diverse cultures and service standards. Since joining Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca in 2016, Kenza has transitioned from Guest Relations and Guest Services into the world of Spa and Wellness, a shift she embraced with passion. With her background in guest relations, she brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a refined sense of personalization to her leadership, ensuring that every detail reflects the highest standards of luxury and care.

Outside of work, Kenza finds joy in life’s simple pleasures, from cooking and sharing moments with loved ones to discovering new flavours and cultures.
