Adorn Bar & Restaurant Executive Chef Richie Farina will host a special four-course dinner on Thursday, November 14, 2024 featuring acclaimed chefs James Beard Finalist Maya-Camille Broussard, Joe Sasto, known for Top Chef and his innovative West Coast-inspired cuisine, and Casey Doody of GT Prime Steakhouse. This special event in support of the James Beard Foundation brings together some of the most celebrated culinary talents in Chicago for an unforgettable evening of fine dining.

Set on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Adorn Restaurant offers ingredient-driven dishes with creative twists, all while overlooking the iconic Magnificent Mile. Adding to the evening's experience is Brooks Wine - named one of the World’s Best Vineyards in 2023.

This special culinary event will feature a collaborative four-course menu, with each course prepared by a different chef. The lineup, in addition to Adorn’s Executive Chef Richie Farina, includes Top Chef alum Joe Sasto, Casey Doody of the GT Prime Steakhouse, and Executive Chef of Justice of the Pies Maya-Camille Broussard.

Brooks Wine, based out of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, will provide expertly paired beverages for the evening. As a certified B Corporation and leader in sustainable winemaking, Brooks Wine is recognized as Willamette Valley’s most awarded winery, earning prestigious titles including the 2023 Green Company of the Year, #28 on the 2023 World’s Best Vineyards list, and a regular spot in Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Top 100 Wineries in the World.

The evening will begin with a standing reception at 6:30 pm, followed by a seated dinner at 7:00 pm. Tickets for this event are available now for USD 95 per person, with all proceeds benefiting the James Beard Foundation to support their ongoing efforts in fostering a sustainable and inclusive food industry. Chef Joe Sasto, a Top Chef alum and inventor of Tantos' original puffed pasta chip, is a renowned figure in the culinary world, celebrated for his television appearances and online cooking classes, where he shares his innovative techniques with a global audience. Pastry Chef Casey Doody comes from a prestigious background that includes roles at Michelin-starred restaurants and recognition from Valrhona Chocolate and the James Beard Media Awards, and she continues to make a significant impact in the culinary world through her humanitarian work with nonprofit organization Chicago Chefs Cook. Maya-Camille Broussard founded Justice of the Pies, a Chicago bakery honouring her late father while addressing food apartheid through initiatives such as the I KNEAD LOVE workshops. Recognized for both its pies and social impact, as a member of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, Broussard is an advocate for people living with disabilities. She founded a non-profit organization, Broussard Justice Foundation, to further efforts to address food insecurity and health disparity issues.
