For 35 years, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago has been a home away from home for Rocio Antonio. When asked what makes Four Seasons Chicago so special, Rocio expressed it is the team and their commitment to one another’s success and well-being.  

Rocio’s motivation to keep delivering best-in-class service comes from a deep sense of pride in the Hotel, her work and colleagues. “When the company succeeds, we as employees succeed. Reflecting on her favourite memories, Rocio recalls the care her and her colleagues have for one another, embodying the heart of Four Seasons. “[Colleagues] bring small gifts for the laundry department - whether it was for birthdays, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day - showing us what it means to be a good coworker, and it reflects the kind of employees Four Seasons hires.”

Over the decades, Rocio has seen the work culture evolve with employees in mind fostering a sense of openness. “We have a voice here, and we feel comfortable sharing ideas to help push the business forward,” she says. “What hasn’t changed is the dedication - we all continue to put in the effort to improve day by day.”
