A Taste of the South in Paradise: Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans Residency

In an exciting culinary collaboration, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla will welcome Executive Chef Dario Montelvere from Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans for a residency from November 27-30, 2024. Joined by the Resort’s own Executive Chef Manu Calderon, Chef Dario will bring authentic Southern flavours to the island, blending Anguilla’s rich natural bounty with New Orleans flair. This one-of-a-kind collaboration will showcase dishes such as birria-braised beef short rib, jambalaya croquettes, snapper court-bouillon, and a crab and Creole tomato salad.

The culinary journey continues with indulgent desserts such as Bananas Foster Trifle and Coconut Bread Pudding, all enjoyed at Bamboo Bar & Grill with its stunning backdrop of Meads Bay, named one of the world’s top 50 beaches. This residency promises a fusion of tradition and innovation, celebrating regional flavours in a truly idyllic setting.

Exclusive Mixology Pop-Up at Sunset Lounge

Adding to the festivities, acclaimed mixologist Hadi Kitri from the award-winning Chandelier Bar at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans will be hosting an exclusive pop-up at Sunset Lounge. Known for his creative approach and expert precision, Hadi will craft extraordinary cocktails that perfectly complement the breathtaking Anguillan sunset.

Thanksgiving by the Sea at SALT

For those seeking a classic Thanksgiving feast with a Caribbean twist, SALT will offer a Thanksgiving dinner buffet crafted by Executive Chef Manu Calderon and team. Guests can enjoy an elegant buffet overlooking the beautiful blufftop views. Resort guests can also elevate their holiday celebrations with a private dining experience, complete with a customized Thanksgiving feast served in the comfort of their own villa.
