Capping off an exceptional month of culinary accolades at several original-concept restaurants, Four Seasons celebrates leading recognition in the 2024 Michelin Guides for France as well as Hong Kong and Macau

SÉZANNE, the esteemed French culinary gem nestled within Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, has clinched the #1 position in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, also earning the distinguished title of Best Restaurant in Japan for 2024. Guided by the visionary expertise of Chef Daniel Calvert, SÉZANNE, which also holds a two Michelin star rating, has swiftly ascended to prominence as a culinary powerhouse in Tokyo, achieving this remarkable feat in just three years amid the city's bustling gastronomic landscape.

Also making the list is Caprice, the culinary masterpiece at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which secured the #32 spot on the prestigious list. Under the leadership of celebrated Chef Guillaume Galliot, Caprice, which also holds three Michelin stars, presents an exceptional union of French flavours seamlessly blended with global culinary influences.

This most recent recognition caps off a stellar month of culinary accolades for Four Seasons, which also included recognition in the Michelin Guide 2024 announcements in Hong Kong | Macau, and France, where Four Seasons expanded the brand’s constellation of stars to 34 across 25 restaurants in 20 hotels and resorts globally.

In France, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, now holds an impressive six Michelin stars and one Green Star. The renowned Le Cinq and Le George maintained their three and one Michelin stars respectively, with Le George also retaining a Green Star. L'Orangerie earned a well-deserved second Michelin star. Other French establishments recognized include La Dame de Pic - Le 1920 at Four Seasons Hotel Megève and Le Cap at Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, each retaining one Michelin star. 

In Hong Kong | Macau, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong reclaimed its eight Michelin stars status. Caprice continued to shine with three Michelin stars for the 6th year running, while Lung King Heen received two Michelin stars and Noi earned a well-deserved second Michelin star. Sushi Saito maintains its one Michelin star. At Four Seasons Macao Cotai Strip, Zi Yat Heen retained its Michelin star.
