From 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm the Saturday Brunch unfolds as a lively feast of flavours, featuring an abundance of buffet stations, inspired by the Mediterranean and beyond, with fresh and seasonal curated dishes.

The culinary journey continues with dedicated live carving stations, where chefs will prepare succulent cuts of fish and meat, cooked to guest’s preference and taste. To complement the generous buffet, pass-around delicacies and weekly rotating flavours bring moments of surprise to the table, while an evolving selection of pastas and creamy risottos served family-style, ensures every visit presents new discoveries.

Adding a touch of sweetness, Jou Jou’s dessert station provides the perfect finale, showcasing an array of showstopping pastries, decadent cakes, and sweet treats, curated by award-winning Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert.
