Firebird Diner at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre Now Delivers

Lucky customers will now be able to order their favourite American dishes from Firebird Diner by Michael Mina through Deliveroo. The same refined variations of American classics that Firebird Diner’s loyal following fell in love with at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre will be on offer for delivery within the DIFC community. Customers will be treated to the same timeless dining experience whether it’s brought to their door or their desk.

Menu items featured will include classic Firebird standbys including the all-American burger, Buffalo style chicken wings, truffle mac & cheese, and of course, the signature duck fat fries. New savoury favourites will include the Dallas Debonair, the BBQ lamb ribs, the Texas four alarm chili, and refreshing, specialty mocktails such as the Lychee Cooler and Watermelon Fizz.

Guests will unfortunately miss the Tihany-designed venue, which features plush booths, a signature diner-style counter, a wood-fired grill, a fully-functioning 1950s vintage jukebox, and the al fresco terrace set right in the heart of DIFC’s Gate Village. However, they will still be treated to the same symphony of flavours that has established Firebird Diner as a firm favourite for quality American eats in Dubai.
