• Champagne Cruise on the Lake: Guests board an ultra-modern yacht for a private cruise of Lake Geneva, guided by the experienced Captain Balthazar. He tells fascinating stories of local history, sharing tales of the lake’s treasures and the impressive residences along the shoreline. As sunlight turns the waves into sparkling diamonds, guests can sip a glass of chilled Champagne and enjoy delicious chef-made appetisers.
• Ride the Waves: Guests can feel the thrill of wakeboarding, waterskiing or swimming, enjoying the warm summer waters of Lake Geneva, along with the comforts of a next-generation yacht. “I suggest starting the trip at sunrise when the lake is quiet and beautiful,” says Concierge Mina. “And of course, we’ll serve a custom breakfast right on the boat.”
• Cruise and Dine: For an afternoon of sportfishing, guests can embark with Captain Balthazar in an elegant motorboat and journey to secret spots for perch, whitefish and trout. Return to Il Lago restaurant where one-Michelin-starred Chef Massimiliano Sena will prepare the catch for lunch or dinner. Guests can even go into the kitchen to assist him and learn a few gourmet tips.
• Montreux Jazz Festival (to July 13, 2019): For more than 50 years, top musicians have played on the shores of Lake Geneva at this famous festival – just a 40-minute cruise from Four Seasons. Concierge Mina will help guests choose the best concerts and then her team will make all the arrangements to smooth every detail of the day trip.
• Fête des Vignerons (July 8 – August 11, 2019): This summer is a rare chance to attend the prestigious wine festival that started in 1797 and takes place only five times each century. The setting is Vevey in the Lavaux wine region, where guests can explore the art of winemaking and attend the arena spectacular featuring 6,000 performers.
