On New Year’s Eve, Il Lago will end 2024 on a culinary high. The Christmas Log

As traditional at this special time of year, the Hotel has created an exquisite Christmas Log crafted by Pastry Chef Lyece Major. From the crispy base, through the soft almond biscuit, and into the creamy vanilla milk jam, every layer reveals a showstopping blend of textures and flavours. Praline on the top adds a nutty crunch, while the tangy mandarin marmalade balances it all. And if that weren’t enough, the entire creation is wrapped in a light, airy mousse for the creamiest finish.
