The Afternoon Tea experience at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues unveils a meticulously curated selection of delicate pastries and gourmet creations, artfully crafted to delight the senses.

On the Sweet Side: Guests can indulge in seasonal pastries such as Rhubarb and Verbena Meringue, Strawberry cake, Peach and elderflower Savoie Cake, Chocolate and hazelnut Religieuse, alongside the timeless pleasures of Madeleines, Financiers, Scones, and a delectable Clafoutis to share.

On the Savoury Side: A collection of exquisite bites, including Cucumber tartlet with crème fraîche, dill, and lemon jelly; Lobster Roll, Grilled Bread with Dill Butter and Cantabrico Anchovy; and a decadent Croque Monsieur with Black Truffle elevate this gourmet experience.

Accompanying these delightful treats is a refined selection of the finest hot beverages, featuring a curated array of rare and aromatic teas, expertly brewed coffees and soothing herbal infusions, each thoughtfully selected to enhance the delicate flavours of the Afternoon Tea experience. Guests may also choose to enhance their Teatime with a glass of Champagne Blanc or Rosé, or a selection of fine wines.
