Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An, Vietnam marks Global Wellness Day on June 13, 2026 with a curated programme inspired by this year’s vibrant theme, #JoyMagenta. Guided by the belief that joy can be cultivated through daily practice, the programme is structured around four pillars—gratitude, movement, creativity and connection—each offering guests an opportunity to engage with wellbeing in a meaningful way.

“Happiness grows with intention and attention,” says Oanh Ngo, Spa Manager. “Every experience crafted by our team for Global Wellness Day creates space for presence, which is where joy takes root.”

Highlights from Dawn to Dusk

Joy in Gratitude

The day begins with a Dawn Gratitude Ceremony on the beach, featuring a gentle sound bath using crystal singing bowls. Guests inscribe sea stones with written blessings before returning them to the water, followed by a shared serving of hibiscus‑infused tea.

Joy in Movement

Oceanfront Movement Flow brings together yoga and intuitive dance in a mindful, active session held at the water’s edge. Designed to welcome guests at all stages of their wellness journey, the morning experience supports energy, presence and a positive start to the day.

Joy through Creativity

At the Rise Creative Studio, cultural heritage meets individual expression as guests design and paint personalised mandalas. Drawing on traditional symbolism, the activity positions creativity as a reflective and purposeful practice.

Joy through Connection

At the Adopt a Tree Ceremony, guests are invited to symbolically adopt a sapling from the resort nursery and plant it in the resort garden. Contributions support the Green Youth Collective and its community‑led efforts to restore a local riverbank.

Signature Experiences

The day concludes with the resort’s timeless Goodnight Kiss to the Earth ritual. Accompanied by the sound of crystal singing bowls, guests release handwritten letters to nature across the lotus pond at sunset.

The Heart of the Earth Spa also offers a limited-time Magenta Resonance Ritual, created to mark Global Wellness Day. Set to the tones of crystal singing bowls, the body treatment focuses on relaxation and sensory immersion.

The 60‑minute Magenta Resonance Ritual is available at VND 3,400,000++.
