Throughout the week Bahía offers daily specials from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, including weekend Happy Hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Holiday Dining Events

For those wanting to spend the holidays out of the kitchen, Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and the culinary team at the Hotel’s modern steakhouse, EDGE Steak & Bar, have put together a complete schedule of dining events for the season. On Christmas Eve and Day, as well as New Year’s Eve and Day, the restaurant will feature a special festive edition of its award-winning brunch from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, with prix fixe menus inspired by the season available in the evening. To ring in 2018, Bahía Pool Lounge will host a poolside New Year’s Eve party beginning at 10:00 pm and featuring a Champagne cash bar. No velvet ropes, no lines, no cover charge.

During the final month of 2017, enjoy Champagne specials at EDGE Steak & Bar. Enjoy by-the-glass pours of Moët Brut Imperial, Moët Rosé and Dom Pérignon all days of the week, and during Sunday Brunch enjoy them by the bottle at half price.

EDGE Pantry

Just in time for the gift-giving season, EDGE Pantry offers a selection of must-have items perfect for all food aficionados. Shoppers can choose from a variety of Chef Aaron’s favourite kitchen accessories, cookbooks, EDGE recipe cards, house made products, goods from partnering local farms, and other hand-picked items – it’s the perfect edition to the Brickell restaurant.

“The idea behind EDGE Pantry was to share some of ‘my favourite things’ in the kitchen and at the same time make available a few of our house-made products that we’re known for.  We also wanted to showcase the local farms we work with on a daily basis,” explains Chef Aaron. The crowd pleasing EDGE Rub, which adds the special flavouring to each cut of steak served in the modern steakhouse, is available for purchase, in addition to J. Wakefield Brewing’s house made maple syrup, local honey from Paradise Farms and more.

Private Parties

EDGE Steak & Bar offers two private dining rooms, accommodating up to 30, and an outdoor terrace for up to 35, available for private parties and events.
