Savour the Season: Vine, Dine and Unwind at Four Seasons Resort and Residencies Napa Valley This Harvest Season
In Calistoga, where the splendour of California Wine Country is most awe-inspiring, the landscape comes alive with the grape harvest season, also known as “crush season.” This period is a testament to a year's dance of sun, soil, and vine. Marking its second harvest season with recent awards of Forbes Travel Guide Five Stars and a Michelin star, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley offers guests a series of experiences from late August to October to herald and celebrate the region’s most special season.
Vine and Dine Package
As the valley transitions from summer's warmth to autumn's rich sensorial embrace, the scent of vine ripened grapes permeates the air outside the Resort’s stylish guest rooms and suites. The Vine and Dine package includes a two-night stay in luxury accommodations, all with a fireplace and furnished terrace, and a premium wine tasting at the onsite Elusa Winery.
After savouring the wines, a USD 500 stay credit is available for use at either Auro or TRUSS. Auro, the Resort’s 2023 Michelin-starred restaurant led by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, offers a seasonal five-course menu amid the stunning vistas of Calistoga vineyards and the Palisades Mountains. Enjoy the wine pairing option with Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence recognized wine list. For those seeking a more relaxed ambiance, TRUSS provides an elevated dining experience with its signature burger, tavern-style pizzas, and sweeping vineyard views, perfect for any meal from breakfast to dinner.
Sip and Savour
Guests are invited to a grape-to-glass experience exploring the boutique Elusa Winery to sample wine crafted from grapes grown just steps away. This is a golden opportunity for wine enthusiasts to join Elusa’s team and deepen their appreciation of the Calistoga AVA wines. Under the guidance of consulting winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown guests will gain insights into the art and science of winemaking, all while savouring the beauty of a Napa Valley sunset.
