On September 1, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi marks its fifth anniversary. The milestone is being honoured with thoughtful touches across rooms, restaurants and the spa – gestures of thanks to the guests, colleagues, and community who have shaped the Hotel’s story over the past five years.

Stays Framed by Celebration

Guests checking in on September 1 will receive a resplendent Rose Bouquet Cake as a token of celebration. Indulgence blooms with lavish floral notes and dainty petals, the handiwork of Pastry Chef Michele Abbatemarco of est, the Hotel’s Michelin-starred French restaurant. Anniversary festivities unfold against the stunning backdrop of Tokyo’s dynamic cityscape, promising a truly memorable stay.

Five Years of Flavour and Finesse

Celebrating five years of flavour and finesse, the culinary team presents signature dining experiences, available only for a limited period.

PIGNETO

  • An Italian Journey in 5 course with Wine Pairing. This September, five is the magic number at PIGNETO. The rooftop Italian restaurant showcases some of its finest creations at this five-course dinner feast, served against Tokyo’s glittering skyline. Standouts include the Acqua Pazza, made with Scallops from Hokkaido, crab and sole, and the slow-cooked Wagyu Beef, completed a velvety liver and generous shavings of black truffle.

The flavours shine even brighter when paired with the Sommelier’s selection of five Italian wines. From Puglia to Montalcino, the sipping journey captures the essence of Italy’s vibrant terroir and the passion of its winemakers.

  • Four Seasons in a Pizza. Taste four seasons in one showstopping pizza, available only on anniversary day. Handcrafted by Alessandro Luca de Leo, a master pizzaiolo hailing from Naples, this Neapolitan pizza is an artful expression of the iconic Four Seasons brand. Fresh zucchini represents spring, sun-ripened yellow tomatoes say summer, porcini mushrooms evoke autumn, and snowy ricotta conjures winter.

THE LOUNGE

  • Anniversary Peach Parfait. At the heart of this luscious treat are fresh, fragrant peaches, layered with a rich peach sorbet and delicate macarons – all brought together with seasonal fruits and peach tea.   • Gâteau Bouquet Cake. A sublime cake dreamed up by Pastry Chef Michele Abbatemarco of Michelin-starred est. Opening the gift box reveals pure delight – a lavish edible bouquet of jewel-like raspberries and rose petals, cloaked in a radiant strawberry glaze. Filled with the heady scent of roses, each bite brings new surprises: softly sweet vanilla, bright limoncello sponge, tart wild strawberries and more.
