As festive days draw near, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi introduces a remarkable collection of Christmas cakes, pastries, and breads, thoughtfully crafted to brighten the most wonderful time of the year. THE LOUNGE is now accepting reservations for these signature items, available for delivery from December 1 to 25, 2026.

Guided by the artful vision and award-winning skill of Pastry Chef Michele Abbatemarco, this year’s selection unfolds around the Étoile de Chocolat, an elegant star-shaped cake evoking the magic of European winter celebrations, alongside traditional French delights like Pain d’Épices and Berawecka. Closer to Christmas, the hotel’s pop-up Pastry Shop makes its highly anticipated return, offering a taste of indulgence from December 15 to 23, 2026.

At a time when Tokyo glitters with festive radiance, THE LOUNGE invites guests to celebrate with creations that have taken shape over many months, combining meticulous craftsmanship, exceptional ingredients, and seasonal inspiration.

Christmas Cake: Étoile de Chocolat

Sculpted into the form of a star, the Étoile de Chocolat conjures a sense of timeless wonder, recalling Christmas festivities in Europe. Single-origin chocolate from Ecuador stands as the hero ingredient of this visually striking cake, with the complexity of cacao finding full expression through layers of airy chocolate mousse and rich chocolate cream. Notes of orange and blackcurrant deepen the flavour profile, rounded out by the tangy sweetness of cacao pulp.
