Summer Flavours at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr

Summer takes on a very special flavour at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr, where Senior Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri introduces a new summer menu for the Italian restaurant Verdello, a true ode to the Mediterranean and Moroccan culinary heritage.
Designed as a culinary journey between Italian authenticity and local inspiration, the new menu highlights high-quality and seasonal products, carefully selected from Moroccan producers. Agadir lobster, Atlas trout, or 100% Italian Tiramisu, which has become the Chef's signature dessert, enrich an elegant, creative, and generous menu.
Among the flagship dishes of this new gourmet chapter:
- Acquerello Risotto with asparagus, peas and black olives
- Mancini linguine with Agadir lobster
- The Filetto di Manzo Rossini, a tender beef fillet served with foie gras, spinach and truffle jus
- And the famous homemade Tiramisu, the Chef's personal tribute to his roots.
"Each dish tells a story," says Chef Spriveri. "Through this menu, I seek to express the Italian culinary heritage, while paying tribute to the riches of Morocco."
Verdello welcomes its guests in a hushed and contemporary atmosphere, for an experience where heritage, creativity and excellence are combined on each plate.
A Destination Also Designed for Families
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat is also celebrating summer with the family, with a dedicated offer including up to 50% off the second room, a program of cultural and creative activities for children, and a series of immersive experiences for the whole family: Sunday brunches, calligraphy workshops, bike rides and sunsets on the Sunset Terrace.
