The Inverted Tree
Upon arrival, the avant-garde spirit of Four Seasons Rabat redefines tradition with its emblematic Inverted Christmas Tree in the Noora Lobby Lounge. This modern gesture is also rooted in medieval history, where the suspended tree symbolized the unity of light and earth, evoking balance and the collection of wisdom. This tree transforms the Noora Lobby Lounge into a “sanctuary of suspended light and wonder.”
Culinary Highlights
Under the direction of Senior Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri, acclaimed for his mastery of Italian and international cuisines, and Executive Pastry Chef Gregory Chrismant, the Palace offers a series of gastronomic events under the banner of A Feast of Light.
- Christmas Lunch at Flamme: On Christmas Day, Senior Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri presents a festive feast at Flamme. The traditional slow-roasted turkey is the opulent centrepiece of this classic meal. Lunch is available from 12:30 to 4:00 pm.
- Signature Festive Brunches: A refined festive brunch is offered every Sunday in December at Flamme, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Children aged 6 to 12 receive a 50 percent savings.
- Signature Christmas Log (Bûche de Noël): Chef Chrismant's signature creation is a Christmas Log featuring a subtle orange blossom fragrance, crunchy hazelnuts, a moist hazelnut biscuit, and a velvety crémeux.
- Oysters and Champagne at Bar Atlantique: From December 15t, 2025 to January 1, 2026, Bar Atlantique offers a signature pairing of fresh oysters and crisp champagne, including three oysters and a glass of Laurent Perrier.
New Year's Celebrations
New Year's Eve is the peak of the festivities, a moment of most brilliant sparkle, featuring two sumptuous dining experiences:
- New Year's Eve Dinner - Buffet at Flamme d’Orient: A celebration blending glamour and rich Moroccan elegance, with a sumptuous buffet showcasing the finest seasonal delicacies and a touch of oriental flavours.
- New Year's Eve Dinner - Tasting Menu at Verdello: An exclusive gastronomic experience crafted by Senior Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri, with a menu including Atlas trout caviar, artichoke and lobster terrine, turbot, and Black Angus.
Following dinner, the celebration continues at the Bird Lounge for the After-Party Countdown. Starting at 11:45 pm, the atmosphere transforms into a vibrant dance of light and sound with a live DJ and champagne (drinks à la carte).
- New Year's Day Brunch: The first day of the new year is celebrated at Flamme with a refined brunch. It features an exquisite international buffet, live carving stations, and signature pastries. Children aged 6 to 12 receive a 50 percent savings.
