Mid-Autumn Celebrations at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen commemorates the annual Mid-Autumn Festival with a collection of traditional and creative mooncake flavours, packaged in an artfully designed royal purple and gold box. For the perfect gathering with family and loved ones, the festivities culminate on a delicious note with indulgent Mid-Autumn dining offerings at the Hotel’s Cantonese restaurant Zhuo Yue Xuan and all-day dining restaurant Foo.

Mid-Autumn Set Menus at Zhuo Yue Xuan (Level 3)

Celebrate with Executive Chinese Chef Ting Wai Wan’s specially crafted lunch and dinner set menus.

Chef’s 10-course (CNY 6,888 for 10 persons) menu highlights include steamed tiger garoupa fillet with XO sauce in lotus leaf; and braised sea cucumber soup with millet and pumpkin, among others.

Alternatively, pamper the palate with Chef’s 12-course (CNY 9,888 for 10 persons) set menu, which features dishes such as crispy sliced Australian beef, and braised goose web and abalone in abalone sauce.

All guests dining on the set menus will also receive a complimentary box of the Hotel’s Luxury Mooncake Package (worth CNY 688).

Mid-Autumn Buffet at Foo (Level 6)

For those looking to indulge, a feast awaits at Foo. Guests can look forward to an international buffet spread, including an extensive seafood bar and a live barbecue station. Some standouts on the buffet are the house-made cured salmon, Caribbean pork legs and baby lamb, just to name a few.
