Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis Unveils Exclusive Gala To-Go Offer
Hotel experts reimagine social gatherings to connect the local community with their favourite organisations
Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, the area’s premier location for events, launches a new way to support local organisations while safely social distancing at-home.
In the ever-changing environment of safety measures and social distancing, Director of Catering and Conference Services Kristen Swidrak and the talented events team are offering a new Gala To-Go experience, providing organisations with the ability to intimately gather on-property while connecting with event-goers in the comfort of their own homes.
“For many organisations and non-profit groups, annual galas are essential in raising money to fund efforts for the year while connecting with local supporters,” says Swidrak.
Here’s how it works. A Four Seasons team member will meet with an organisation to curate a special menu by creating a three-course meal with wine pairings for the evening. The Four Seasons events team will prepare and package the meal in heat-safe containers, add selected bottles of wine, gala programs and virtual auction-bidding instructions for the evening. All items will be nicely assembled in a black Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis box and prepared for delivery.
Volunteers from the organisation are welcome to pick-up the Gala To-Go boxes and deliver to attendees; event-attendees are also welcome to pick-them up curbside through Hotel valet.
As an intimate group of key members from the organisation gather in the spacious ballroom, the Hotel’s audio visual team will be on-hand to virtually launch the event, assist with audio visual needs as well as virtual bidding for live auction items.
“This hybrid version of social events is an opportunity to get creative, from menu details to live-cocktail demos, special guest appearances and more. There is a lot of fun to be had, especially with the menu,” says Swidrak. For an elevated experience, James Beard Award winning chef Gerard Craft of Cinder House restaurant can curate a three-course menu with favourites that may include the following: a little gem salad, prosciutto, avocado, shallots, lemon vinaigrette; guarana braised short ribs with manioc polenta, braised kale, butternut squash and chimichurri; and a dessert of manchego cheesecake with guava.
“We are a full-service option for celebration; whether it be an intimate gathering in-person, hybrid to-go option, or fully virtual event. Our talented team can deliver an unforgettable experience for a group of any size,” says General Manager Alper Oztok.
