A Sparkling Toast to Friendship on Galentine’s Day at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

This Galentine’s Day, Thursday, February 13, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis offers a celebration of friendship with a menu of decadent bubbles and delicious bites, while one of the city’s top DJs sets the vibe.  Guests can raise a glass to their bestie with an international tasting flight of three different sparkling varietals. Each wine offers its own delectable flavour profile and together they are the perfect celebratory trio.

The tasting flight includes:

  • Lucien Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rosé – a light pink hue with fine bubbles and notes of berry and cherry
  • Bisol Jeio Prosecco Brut DOC NV - a delightful balance of fruit, acidity, and fine bubbles
  • Freixenet Cava Blanc de Blancs Brut NV - medium bodied, dry, high acidity with a lingering, but refreshing grapefruit finish.

A special menu of small dishes, specially created to pair with the bubbles flight will also be offered. These freshly prepared nibbles include:

  • Half Dozen East Coast Oysters - Mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon - USD 32
  • Tuna Tartare Tacos - Chili Garlic Soy, Sour Cream, Avocado, Wontons – USD 27
  • Truffle Fries - Truffle Butter, Truffle Aioli, Parmesan, Parsley – USD 14

The bubbles tasting flight is USD 22 and can be enjoyed as an addition to the Ramsay’s Kitchen dining experience, or as a standalone experience at the bar or in the Hotel’s eighth floor Sky Lobby. This Galentine’s Day offering is available on February 13, 2025 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm.
