In a continued effort to care for all who visit with genuine heart, the Guest Experience team at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis prepares individualized itineraries filled with adventures by day and city by night. Here, they share a pair of sample itineraries with their top recommendations for summer:
Sports Enthusiast’s Itinerary
Day 1, following 3:00 pm check-in:
- Enjoy the Guided Sauna Experience with new cold plunge element.
- Dine at Mara Restaurant and Bar. Tip: Order the hummus and pita to start.
Day 2:
- Kick off the day with Women’s Basketball. Unlock unprecedented access to the four-time champion Minnesota Lynx with a tour through the spaces and places where inspiration abounds.
- Relax at Riva Terrace, enjoying happiest hour drinks and small plates while listening to a curated playlist of Minnesota artists.
Day 3:
- Experience the Land of Lakes through Water Excursions. In an electric boat, riverboat, water taxi, kayak or canoe, choose to navigate independently or with an experienced guide.
- Sample the best locally brewed beer in the state. On this Brewery Crawl, enjoy door-to-door service with the Hotel’s house car.
Day 4:
- Lounge at the Pool with rooftop views.

Day 5:

Culture Lover’s Itinerary
Day 1, following 3:00 pm check-in:
- Sightsee with a Bicycle Program designed along the Mississippi River and the city beyond. Tip: Stop to admire the many murals of Minneapolis and the Sculpture Garden, home to the well-known Spoonbridge and Cherry.
Day 2:
- Greet the morning with The Get Down Coffee Co.’s Cold Brew at Socca Café.
- See nearby neighbourhoods through the eyes of legendary musician and Minnesota native Prince. On an excursion spanning the places he would frequent – such as Floyd’s Barbershop, the record store Electric Fetus and famed night club First Avenue – explore Music and Culture timed to the 40th anniversary of Purple Rain.
- Picnic in a nearby park with a to-go basket from the Hotel’s team of chefs.
Day 3:
- Discover local produce, florals, goods and gifts at Farmers Markets, just a short walk from the Hotel. The Mill City Farmers Market offers breakfast with a view, and it’s just steps away from the Falls that changed the course of Minneapolis’ history.

Day 4:
