This summer, participants will come together in support of the second annual Run to Beat Cancer 5K in support of Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center's Division of Pediatric Oncology and the Ulman Foundation and hosted by Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. The fundraiser will take place on June 10, 2023 in the Harbor East neighbourhood while participants across the region can join virtually by running in their communities.

Those throughout the Baltimore area will come together to support cancer research and patient support, while participants across the Northeast region can join virtually by running in their communities.

“At Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, we are immensely proud to bring back a strong fundraising effort that continues our partnerships with both Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and the Ulman Foundation,” says Regional Vice President and General Manager Bahram Sepahi. “The Run to Beat Cancer 5K is a meaningful way to honour and remember those that this illness has threatened and often beaten, and to take an empowering stand against it.”

Participants and volunteers can walk or run a 3.1 mile (5 kilometre) route along the scenic Inner Harbor while also enjoying live entertainment throughout the morning. Following the event, there will be a complimentary hot breakfast provided by Executive Chef Tristan Baker and  refreshments for all participants in a family friendly environment.

Advance registration is required and can be done online.
