• Cakes to Go consists of five signature cakes and a seasonal creation. From the Hotel’s signature Gresham Cake featuring bespoke Harrer chocolate created exclusively for the Hotel by the Austrian confectioner dynasty to the sublime and feathery light mille-feuille, each cake is handcrafted with thoughtful care.
• Pastries to Go features seven tantalizing desserts. In addition to vegan and gluten, sugar, and lactose free offering, the artisanal creations include crowd-pleasing desserts such as the silky Violet Chocolate Mousse with cassis, or the elegant Amelié with its fabulous contrast of flavours including elderflower honey and yuzu. The seasonally changing confections feature fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
