Experience Tiki in the Tetons at Ascent Lounge at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole This Summer

This summer, Ascent Lounge at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is bringing a taste of the tropics to the mountains with a specialty selection of Casper Beach cocktails, featuring tiki-inspired drinks offered alongside the Lounge’s regular menu.

“Locals have a nickname for the area around Casper restaurant during ski season,” explains Ascent Lounge bartender Timothy Johnson. “The way the sun shines in the winter is reminiscent of a beach, which led the local ski community to nickname it Casper Beach. We wanted to capture that fun in the sun feeling with a limited-time menu of tiki-inspired cocktails in the Lounge.”

Featured cocktails include the Dread or Alive, combining Zacapa No. 23 rum, Campari, pineapple and lime. The Lime and Dandy mixes Wray & Nephew rum, allspice dram, lime and honey. The Zombie Party features house-blend rum, lime, pineapple, passion fruit, orange bitters and cherry. The Stone Balloon combines house-blend rum, Fernet-Branca, coconut, strawberry and lime.

The specialty tiki cocktails join a menu of sparkling cocktails, wines by the glass, local Wyoming whiskey flights and blended cocktails, seasonal offerings and zero-proof libations. Complementing the drinks is a menu of Mediterranean-inspired bites. Choose from selections including crispy octopus with potato brava, chorizo and romesco sauce, and falafel cakes, with smoked peppers and tzatziki sauce.

The Casper Beach cocktail menu is available daily through September 2022. Ascent Lounge is open every day from 4:00 to 11:00 pm.
