Experience the Magic of Winter at the New PreView Winter Bar at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg
As the leaves across the urban forest below begin to turn shades of ochre, red and yellow, Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff invites patrons to experience the magic of its new PreView Winter Bar, a cosy and stylish venue that offers breath-taking views of the Johannesburg skyline.
A selection of carefully crafted warm drinks designed to make winter sundowners a luxurious affair has also been created by PreView’s expert mixologists. Guests to the PreView Winter Bar are invited welcome in the vibrant Jozi sunsets at the tastefully appointed, informal bar and while enjoying drinks such as Maple Rum Hot Toddy, Glühwein, or Boozy Belgian Hot Chocolate.
The winter bar boasts a mouth-watering menu created by Chef Daniel Payne and his team, featuring tapas-inspired dishes that are perfect for sharing or for light meals. Pulled pork soft tacos, kung pao bao buns, foie gras de canard crème brûlée, black angus beef tartar or cauliflower bitterballen are just some of the reimagined elevated dishes on offer.
Martin Cody, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff elaborates on what inspired the new outlet: “The winter bar is more than just a place to eat and drink. It is also a place to relax, socialise, and have fun. From our vantage up on the Westcliff hill we have one of the finest views over the urban forest below. PreView’s warm and inviting atmosphere promises to be the ultimate destination for those looking for a place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the city as the temperatures outside begin to subside,” he says.
The PreView Winter Bar is open from 3:00 to 10:00 pm daily.
The PreView Winter Bar is part of the commitment of Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff to providing Hotel and local guests of the property with exceptional service and experiences whether for leisure or business.
