This holiday season, Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya infuses its boundary-pushing creativity and passion for connection into a calendar of events that stir the senses and create heart-warming memories for family and friends.

New Year’s Eve is set to dazzle with an imaginative “Dreams” themed spectacle spanning multiple venues in unison, with entertainment and special effects designed to transport guests to another world. Al Soor lounge is also indulging in the spirit of the season with a festive display of themed chocolates, ginger cookies, traditional handmade panettone and more under the innovative brilliance of Executive Pastry Chef Gregory Chrismant. In addition, special holiday dining feasts crafted by Executive Chef Thierry Papillier and his team bring loved ones together to share delicious flavours in a vibrant celebratory atmosphere.

“The holiday season is perhaps the best time of year to honour the 43 nationalities that make up our extraordinary Hotel,” comments General Manager Martin Kipping. “Our team brings together some of the world’s best craftsmen and it’s in their DNA to create truly memorable experiences for guests and locals alike. We look forward to celebrating this in a festive season filled with spectacular artistry and a heartfelt sense of connection and togetherness.”

New Year’s Eve Celebrations

The Hotel’s gallery-style ambience offers the perfect setting for immersive theatrical events on an extraordinary scale. Spanning four dining venues, the New Year’s Eve “Dreams” event is an awe-inspiring creative showcase featuring live musicians, the dazzling light patterns and sequences of LED acts, and special effects that create a sense of walking among the clouds.

Festive Feasting

The elegant Dai Forni restaurant offers a magical taste of the Mediterranean with a delicious à la carte dinner on Festive Eve and a special set lunch on Festive Day. Dishes celebrate fine Italian flavours with a festive twist, from pumpkin gnocchi and oven-baked wagyu tenderloin to a chestnut sponge with mandarin marmalade and panettone ice cream.

New Year’s Eve offers a multitude of dining options: a five-course Italian dinner at Dai Forni with sharing starters; an elevated five-course family-style set menu at 21st floor Sintoho with bold pan-Asian flavours; a relaxed buffet dinner at Elements restaurant, and a stylish club-like ambience at Al Bandar Lounge, where highlights include a tapas tower, grilled surf and turf and sharing dessert, plus live music by DJ Nicol.

New Year private dining is also available in Al Bandar’s luxurious poolside cabanas - each catering for up to four people with a five-course menu and private butler service, party decorations, take-away box of 30 roses, and personalised menu signed by Executive Chef Thierry. There’s also a special three-course in-room New Year’s menu including a bottle of sparkling Gold Emotions and a table display of red roses and petals.

The following morning, an extended Buffet Breakfast Feast at Elements (from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm) sees in New Year’s Day in sophisticated style, with colourful market-style dining and brunch classics spanning influences from Arabic to Indian, Japanese and Italian cuisine.
