The 6th annual Australia Day Barbie with Chef Aaron Brooks and his mates returns to Brickell, this year with a special purpose

January 10, 2020,
Miami, U.S.A.

Australian native and Executive Chef Aaron Brooks has announced the return of his 6th annual Australia Day Barbie and week-long festivities at Four Seasons Hotel Miami to celebrate Australia Day, observed on Sunday, January 26, 2020.

This year, the Hotel team and community are coming together in support of all Australians during this difficult time for the country.  All proceeds from the event will go directly to the New South Wales Rural Fire Service.

“Having two chefs from Australia, Aaron Brooks and Dario Montelvere, we are saddened by the news of the horrible fires devastating their country. We believe the continued success of our annual Australia Day festivities will be the perfect opportunity to invite the community to make a meaningful contribution while celebrating the spirit of the Australian people,” says Dan Normandin, General Manager.
