Chef Andrea Ferrandi Returns to Four Seasons as New Executive Chef in Nevis
Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the award-winning Resort consistently ranked by travellers and travel experts as one of the top resorts in the Caribbean, has named Andrea Ferrandi as the new Executive Chef. A 15-year luxury hospitality veteran, Chef Ferrandi joins his fifth different Four Seasons property in Nevis.
“I am pleased to welcome Chef Andrea to the Four Seasons Resort Nevis family and back into the Four Seasons fold,” says Antoine Lhomme, Director of Food and Beverage. “With extensive experience across Europe, the United States and the Caribbean, we can’t wait to see how he will apply his knowledge and skill to our food and beverage offerings here in Nevis.”
In his new role as Executive Chef, Ferrandi will oversee the culinary teams and operations to serve the Resort’s four restaurants: On the Dune, offering an upscale yet relaxed beachside dining experience highlighted by a menu that features 95 percent local ingredients; EsQuilina, whose menu spans the coasts of the Mediterranean to the Caribbean for a culinary journey that is as rich in history and culture as it is in flavour; the waterfront Mango, which features a colourful, modern Caribbean menu in an al fresco environment; and Kastawey Beach Bar, serving up a casual, toes-in-the-sand atmosphere that blends the beachside shack with high-quality culinary offerings. Furthermore, Chef Ferrandi will be responsible for the culinary experiences of beach dinners, private villa dinners and individually personalised rum pairing menus for guests opting to enhance their dining experience with the property’s bespoke spirit from crowned monkey RUM BAR.

Originally from Italy, Chef Ferrandi comes to Nevis from Anguilla, bringing a history of Caribbean cooking with him. No stranger to Four Seasons kitchens, Andrea has also worked at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Italy, Four Seasons Hotel Houston in Texas, USA, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in the British West Indies and Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii, USA.
