The line up of special holiday events includes the following highlights: 

Ginger Bread House Decorating   

Overnight hotel guests can usher in the holidays by decorating a festive ginger bread house within the comfort of their own guest room. Assistant Executive Pastry Chef Tiffany Gilmore and the pastry elves have created the perfect houses to pipe with royal icing, adorn with gumdrops, and finish with jellybeans and a candy cane lane. Every day during the month of December 2021, ginger bread houses are available to decorate  for USD 25 per house and can requested through in-room dining.    

Cosy Winter Hot Cocoa  

Stay warm with a cup of South American hot cocoa in Cinder House restaurant this winter. Add a spoonful of marshmallow crème, a candy-cane twist or a choice of boozy topper, available for the month of December 2021.   

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner 

Celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner at Cinder House. Chef de Cuisine Peter Slay and the culinary team are offering two specials that include a halibut and clam Moqueca, available for USD 48 as well as a slow roasted Prime Rib special with twice baked Yukon potatoes, available for USD 64. Dinner reservations are available from 6:00 to 11:00 pm, and the a la carte menu will also be available on both evenings. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by securing a table here. 

Christmas Day Brunch  

After the gifts are unwrapped, continue the celebration with a wonderful holiday a la carte brunch at Cinder House. Christmas Day Brunch will be available from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and features warm cinnamon rolls, braised barbacoa eggs benedict, a smoked salmon platter, traditional waffles and pancakes served with local maple syrup and more. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by securing a table here.  

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Cinder House  

Say goodbye to 2021 with a fantastic evening filled with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The first dinner seating of the evening is available from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and features a three-course prix fixe menu for USD 125 per person, and the second seating of the evening is available from 9:00 pm to 12:00 midnight for USD 175 per person with a three-course prix fixe menu.
