A New After-Work Aperitivo Has Arrived at Mode Kitchen & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Living la dolce vita has just arrived at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney with the new Aperitivo at Mode Kitchen & Bar. This new offering is every Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and for just AUD 30 per person, guests can enjoy an aperitif cocktail and an expansive buffet of Italian street food, curated by Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli.

Living la dolce vita is all about savouring the simple pleasures in life and being mindful of each moment, and aperitivo is the perfect tradition start enjoying.  At Mode Kitchen & Bar, guests can experience this tradition with a modern twist, with an array of delicious Italian dishes prepared by Chef Mannelli and his culinary team, while enjoying time with friends and family.

The buffet includes a variety of hot and cold dishes, such as focaccia, pizza, watermelon salad, cured meats and more. Chef Mannelli's personal favourites are also on offer, such as the wagyu bresaola and fresh mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes.

Guests can enjoy their food with a selection of Italian aperitifs – Aperol Spritz, Garibaldi, Martinis and selection of Italian wines by the glass. Aperitivo is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day, catch up with friends, or enjoy a pre-dinner drink and snack before exploring the vibrant city of Sydney.

Aperitivo at Mode Kitchen & Bar is available every Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and reservations are recommended.
