A New Kind of Locker Room

Bayou & Bottle is the acclaimed bourbon bar and restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Houston that features more than 200 whiskies from around the world. Guests of the Hotel are invited to purchase, store, and showcase premium bottles through the Locker Program at Bayou & Bottle. Working with our certified bourbon stewards, a wide selection of spirits (including more than 200 whiskies) is presented for purchase. Once chosen, the guest's bottle(s) are stored and showcased in their exclusive locker, which can only be accessed by themselves and up to four additional users. During visits to the Hotel, our team of talented cocktail makers will present the bottle and pour according to the guest's preference.
