Four Seasons Hotel Houston Welcomes Back the Summer of Fun

Summer 2025 experiences include:
- May - September – Pool Season: Hotel guests are invited to cool off in the water, laze in the shade, or soak up the rays on the Pool Deck, a resort-style oasis. There, they can enjoy a mouth-watering menu with poolside-grilled favourites and drink specials from The Pool Deck Café, pool games, and hourly passed amenities. Enjoy Pool Deck Grill Outs on weekends from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, featuring freshly grilled favourites and stone oven pizzas. Cabana Room day rentals start at USD 595 and include passes for up to four people, and a private poolside room with furnished outdoor patio from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- May 28 - September – Summer Scent: Krigler’s re-release of Octave Aurum 25, a fragrance of striking duality – fresh yet woody, refined yet full-bodied. First created in 1925 as an homage to the Paris Opera and the Palais Garnier, the city’s architectural jewel and home of the opera. Named for the “golden key,” a poetic nod to both musica octaves and the opulence of its muse, the fragrance was designed to echo the textures and atmosphere of the opera house. Macerated for two and a half years, and boasting a rare 40 percent concentration, the scent boasts notes of polished wood, cool marble, the soft hush of satin gloves, and the warm rustle of velvet curtains. Octave Aurum 25 is available at the Hotel’s Krigler boutique for USD 855 for 50 ml or USD 1,260 for the 100 ml bottle.
- May 28 - August 31 - Summer Flavours: Bayou & Bean welcomes summer with a seasonal menu of specialty coffees and teas, including Passion Punch (iced black tea with passionfruit), Matcha Majik (matcha latte with blue spirulina and vanilla), and Heavenly Horchata (iced coffee with horchata cold foam).
- May 29, June 12 – Master Whiskey Tasting Series: Dive deep into the wide world of whiskies with the continuing series of curated master whiskey tasting events hosted by esteemed brand ambassadors and Bayou & Bottle General Manager Bardia Ketabi. These exclusive tastings feature Heaven Hill on May 29, followed by Jack Daniel’s on June 12. Reservations are required for these two-hour experiences, which include a welcome cocktail, four tastings and lite bites.
- June 13-14; June 27-28; July 11-12; July 25-26, August 29-31 – Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show - a one-of-a-kind performance that breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. - June 13-15 - Father’s Day Weekend: Delight Dad with indulgent offerings all weekend long, including three specially-curated whiskey flights at Bayou & Bottle. Selected from the bar’s more than 200 whiskies from around the world, these flights, priced at USD 60 each, are: Bourbon (Garrison Brothers Balmorhea, Blanton’s Gold Edition, Wild Turkey Generations); Rye (Thomas H. Handy Sazerac, Elijah Craig Toasted Rye, WhistlePig 15 Year Rye); and Scotch (Oban 14 Years Old, The Dalmore 15, The Macallan Shery Oak 18 Years). - June 14 - Global Wellness Day: Celebrate wellness with a day of complimentary offerings including Poolside Yoga at 9:00 am, where participating guests will receive a complimentary ELEMIS Pro Collagen Skin Protection Fluid SPF50, valued at USD 115. Additionally, Guided Meditation with Sound Bath will be offered at 12:00 noon, with Mat Pilates taking place at 1:00 pm. Complimentary wellness-themed amenities will be served throughout the day on the Pool Deck, and refreshing zero-proof cocktails will be on offer at each of the hotel bars. - July 4 – Independence Day Grill & Chill: Celebrate Independence Day with Grill & Chill on the resort-style pool deck from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm while enjoying a menu featuring poolside-grilled favourites, drink specials, and pool games with DJ entertainment.
- July 13 – 713 Day Celebration: Houston’s very own day takes centre stage at Bayou & Bottle, where guests can enjoy Chef Gaby Jimenez’ Wagyu Beef Hot with French Fries and a locally-brewed Equal Parts Loggerbier draft for USD 7.13 all day and night.
- August 1 – September 1 – Houston Restaurant Weeks: “Dine Out and Do Good” during Houston Restaurant Weeks, the largest annual fundraiser for America’s largest food bank, the Houston Food Bank. The month-long charity dining extravaganza features specially priced meals at restaurants around the Houston area, including “best of” menus from Toro Toro and Bayou Bottle.
- August 25 - 26 - From Oaxaca, With Love Pop-Up Cocktail Dinners: Enjoy a special culinary collaboration featuring Casa Oaxaca and its renowned Chef Alejandro Ruiz alongside bartender Mike Prado from the award-winning cocktail bar Sabina Sabe. This exclusive two-night cocktail dinner experience is called From Oaxaca, With Love, and celebrates the flavours and traditions of the famed Mexican state. These limited-seat dining experiences will feature Chef Ruiz’ five-course menu of some of his most famous dishes, expertly paired with cocktails created by Sabina Sabe featuring The Lost Explorer’s consciously crafted collection of mezcal and tequila made without additives, born from nature, guided by tradition, and rooted in sustainability. - September 1– Labor Day Grill & Chill: Celebrate Labor Day with Grill & Chill on the resort-style pool deck from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm while enjoying a menu featuring poolside-grilled favourites, drink specials, pool games, and more.
- September - November: The Hotel is preparing for the return of fall, with highlights including Octoberfest at Bayou & Bottle; Día de los Muertos at Toro Toro; and an exclusive bar pop-up at Bandista.
