Singapore's Jigger & Pony and Jakarta’s Cosmo Pony to Pop-Up at Bandista at Four Seasons Hotel Houston for One Night Only

Bandista, the acclaimed speakeasy inside Four Seasons Hotel Houston, welcomes Singapore’s Jigger & Pony and its sister bar Cosmo Pony from Jakarta for an exclusive one-night pop-up on July 20, 2025.

Jigger & Pony is currently ranked #5 in the World’s 50 Best Bars and #3 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars, with a rich history of praise for its classic technique and warm hospitality. Cosmo Pony, opened just less than a year ago, is already ranked #21 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and is described as a convivial cocktail bar with a cosmopolitan soul.

The pop-up, featuring Group Creative Director Uno Jang and Cosmo Pony General Manager Silvio Daniele, will take place from 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.

The three Jigger & Pony featured cocktails are:

• Spicy Margarita - Herradura Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile, lime, awayuki salt, agave lollipop
• Espresso Martini - Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey, Jigger & Pony espresso blend, rainforest honey, cacao tuile
• Peanut Alexander - Fords Gin, salted peanut, fig, cacao liqueur, cream

The three featured Cosmo Pony cocktails are:

• Nastar Milk Punch - Gin Mare, Cointreau, pineapple, cherry, clarified milk, red wine
• Ugly Bananas - Old Forester Bourbon, over ripe bananas, orange, jasmine, egg white
• Tequila Vesper - Herradura Silver Tequila, gin, fortified wine, smoked olive

Reservations for 60-minute seatings are required for this special evening, which benefits Camp H-Town. The featured cocktails are priced between USD 30 and 40 each.
