The talented mixologists at EDGE Bar have unveiled their newest fall cocktails, available throughout November 2023, including the Pretty & Pink made with Haku vodka; the Japanese Old Fashioned featuring Toki Whiskey, apple and pear essence, and jasmine tea syrup; or the Yuzu Ginger Sour made with Legent Bourbon and New Deal ginger liqueur. On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, spend an evening at the chic EDGE Bar and sample the new fall cocktails while local DJ Erin Stereo plays live deep house music late into the evening.
Spend Thanksgiving Day at EDGE Restaurant & Bar and indulge in a very special Thanksgiving buffet served from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm, while the restaurant provides the perfect atmosphere for the holiday celebration. Begin the meal with a variety of appetizers such as the celery root and apple Waldorf salad, or sample the raw bar composed of decadent sushi, fresh-shucked oysters, and poached shrimp. The buffet includes a carving station featuring peppercorn crusted Colorado prime rib, bourbon maple glazed ham, and turkey roulade with sage pesto. Enjoy a vast array of creative holiday classics from spiced acorn squash to sweet potato casserole. End on a sweet note with Thanksgiving desserts made in-house by the Hotel’s talented pastry chefs including pumpkin pie parfait, an apple pie cone, and brown butter sage tart.
